KEIJIRO SUZUKI
My on-going practice and the
associating projects deal with ambiguous nature of our perspectives on our
own life and environment by researches on recorded materials and the media.
In this, I emphasize on cross-cultural perspectives and exploration on
facts, fiction, imagination and interpretation through duality, replacement,
associations and visual and linguistic rhetoric.
Through this practice, I aim to investigate local objects and information,
as well as associating materials from other parts of the world, in order to
present a paradoxical, contradicting or dual representations that reflect
our life and our perspectives.
In addition to this, I experiment translating the project into literal
format in order to deal with another dimension of our experience and
perspectives.
